Outstanding at every step. Scheduling was quick and easy. My provider was Dr. Coudron. Excellent bedside manner and extremely kind and professional. His assistant was fantastic. While I can’t say it is a procedure I especially enjoyed, it was definitely not at all what I expected and was FAR better than I imagined. Big plus- my pain was well managed and he was very concerned about my comfort and made sure I was sufficiently numb and kept checking in. It was a tricky procedure with a temporary crown in place as well as extra roots in my weird tooth. Every step was explained and he was very patient in answering all of my (many) questions. If I ever need another root canal, I would 100% choose Dr. Coudron again and recommend this practice to anyone. He just put me at ease with something I had put off for many years and I am glad I had it done.

This is the most honest dental staff i have ever met. I came in to have a root canal done on tooth 18 in my lower jaw, but the doctor ran some tests and scans on my teeth. To sum up he said he would not preform this root canal because there is no issues with this tooth. I was having excruciating pain, after testing he determined it was an upper tooth cause my pain (14). They were not pushy to have me do it right then, but i decided to have it done. Day after, no throbbing pain and seems to of solved the problem. Would highly recommend Endodontic Associates, Inc. to anyone needing a root canal, as they are not just after your money. They are a patient 1st company. - Justin

I’m not sure in the scheme of things if it’s possible for a root canal to be a positive experience… but this is as close as anyone could ever get to achieving that duplicitous reality. Absolutely AMAZING care! I was in need of a more complicated root canal due to a crown and was referred by my regular dentist. Dr. Platt and Aubrey were fabulous! Hear me out. No one enjoys going to these appointments. Having said that, this was by far one of the best experiences you could have for treatment on a root canal. I was referred here for a root canal by my dentist. The staff was extremely pleasant from beginning to end! They explained the entire process to me in terms I could understand and even took the time to show me diagrams and my X-Rays so I could see the necessity of the procedure. They communicated through the entire procedure and afterward showed me what had been accomplished. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had when it has come to my dental health. I had a root canal performed by Dr Packer and the staff member Lynn. I suffer from pretty severe anxiety and have even passed out in dr's offices in the past. They made me feel so comftarble and the operation was painless. All along the way they were checking on me and taking my questions and concerns very seriously. I did not feel like they were in a rush and I felt very important in their hands. I know this probably sounds crazy but in today's age of rushing customers through, they seem to truley care about quality and customer care more then anything else. I’m VERY picky when it comes who is dealing with my teeth, that being said Dr.Platt was amazing, not only did he make sure I knew my options and what was going on, he answered ALL my questions with a smile on his face. Each time he took his time with me and I never felt rushed. He was always willing to answer questions and explain what he was going to do. You can tell he really cares about his patients. I was referred to EA for an evaluation/root canal. The place is new or very well kept. The view in my room was a nice pond! Music playing was awesome! A nice mix of modern hits and 80's! I saw Dr Packer, he was the funniest "dentist", I've ever seen! Nice guy... My tooth was a challenge and more work than we anticipated but he gave it his best go! Nice people and place.
